That's right, folks, CrossFit Milwaukee has the privilege of hosting another Level 1 certification event again this summer. We look forward to helping make the certification one of the most enjoying, fulfilling experiences for the participants. I'll post registration information as soon as I have it.       Hey Nate! Yeah, we did get a lot of positive feedback from both the participants and the HQ staff alike. I'm hoping to make this time around even better! I'll post the registration link as soon as I have it - I get the sense that this one is going to fill EXTREMELY fast.

      Any chance that you're going to make it back to the gym? A couple of your records need to be reestablished. How is your training going these days?
