On behalf of the Milwaukee Bombers, I would like to thank you for your support. The club experienced its most successful campaign to date culminated with our Lady Bombers as National Champions and our men reaching the Division Two Championship match.
Among other season highlights
- The Lady Bombers completed an undefeated season of 11-0.
- Lady Bombers Jenny Sarbacker, Denielle Beilfuss and Suzy Thomas represented the United States on the US Freedom National Australian Rule Football team on its inaugural tour of Australia in August.
- Suzy Thomas named MVP of the US Footy Women’s Championship match
- Bombers Ross Siegal, Dan Sarbacker and Andy Vanica represented the United States as members of the US Revolution Australian Rules Football team in August where US beat Canada in two matches
- A combined record of 7-1 for the men’s and women’s team during the US Footy National Championships in October
As we celebrate our 2009 season, we wish to thank you for your off-field support. It is without a doubt that CrossFit contributed to our on-field success. In any team sport, having a spot away from the field is vital to team camaraderie – and training in-pain together is a great way to build commitment to each other!
I hope that through our relationship that CrossFit was able to reach its respective goals in sponsoring the Milwaukee Bombers!
