As many of you know, community is what helps to make a CrossFit gym. Members will motivate each other to spur further gains than those attainable via solitary workouts. We help each other to enjoy the positive benefits of a hard workout after spending several hours at our day job. We're there to support each other in times of distress and understand the feeling of frustration when not everything in the gym, or in life, for that matter doesn't always go as planned. In many ways, our membership is family and it's with great pleasure that I'm able to announce that the launch of our monthly Newsletter comes directly from members of our CrossFit Family.
