In an effort to reestablish the quality of the program and ensure new members are getting the requisite practice and instruction to help them ensure success in our regular group classes, we will be switching back to the old 12 class system with new cycles of OnRamp starting near the beginning of each month. Our next cycle of OnRamp is slotted to start on February 6th. We will have classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays from now on at 5:30AM, 11AM and 5:30PM with a third class for the week on Sundays at 11AM. Spots may be limited for each OnRamp cycle, so I encourage you to email us soon to reserve yours
