Workout - ‘Murph’

For time:

1 mile run

100 pull-ups

200 push-ups

300 air squats

1 miles run

Partition all exercises except the running any way you want. If you have a 20# vest (or flak jacket), wear it.

    21 Dumbell Push Press

    400m run
    15 Dumbbell Snatches
    15 Ring Dips
    15 Pull Ups

    2 Rounds of
    9 deadlifts & box jump
    9 L-Sits (hold for 20 sec…)
    9 Burpees
