Workout - ‘Tabata Something Else’
Do 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds rest for each of the exercises:
Pull-ups
Push-ups
Sit-ups
Air Squats
Finish all 8 rounds of one exercise before moving on to the next. Your score is the total number of reps completed for all exercises.
Troy Peterson makes use of the band assisted pull-up during his first visit to CrossFit-Milwaukee. In the other pictures, new members Jennifer Bartelt, Sara Smith, and Stephanie Reitemeier work on the sit-up, the modified push-up and the air squat respectively.
