I spent the last two days putting my clients through the infamous ‘Fight Gone Bad’ workout:
3 rounds, no rest between exercises, to maximize reps of:
1 minute of 20# wall-ball, 8′ high target
1 minute of 75# sumo deadlift high-pull
1 minute of 20″ box jump
1 minute of 75# push-press
1 minute of rowing (maximize calories burned, not reps)

Hey everyone,
The past weekend has been BUSY. I’ll keep everyone posted, but we should be up and running within a few days. As soon as I get the word from insurance, I’ll start holding sessions. This may be as soon as tomorrow.
